HybridTraining

Hyrox is an international fitness race and training system that combines endurance and functional strength in a unique, standardized format. We will help you prepare for this competition in our HybridTraining class.

The structure is the same worldwide: 8 × 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station.

Typical workout stations include:

  • Sled Push
  • Sled Pull
  • Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Farmer's Carry
  • Sandbag Lunges
  • Wall Balls

This structure keeps you under constant load and challenges you to perform efficiently even under fatigue.

This training develops:

  • endurance
  • full-body strength and muscular endurance
  • mental toughness
  • pacing and strategy
  • movement efficiency

What makes it unique is that it is fully scalable — from beginners to competitive athletes. The movements stay the same, but the weights and intensity are adjusted to your level.
