–This is how CFD became more than just a gym
CFD started in 2016 with a small team, a few weights, and a big dream: to create a place where people truly learn how to train — and learn to love the process.
Over the years, we grew from a garage vibe into a real community. Today, it's not just about the workouts, but also about supporting each other through every rep and on the journey toward every goal.
With us, it doesn't matter how much weight you lift or how fast you finish the WOD. What matters is that you pay attention to yourself and never give up.
At CFD, every day is about becoming a little better — in body, in mind, and as a community.
CFD GYM
CFD is a 210 square meter gym close to the city centre in Debrecen. The "arena" is a fully rubberized floor, our equipment is of professional quality.
